CLEARWATER — Ryan Kratz has been named president of Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida, according to a statement from the company.
The company also named John K. Scott senior executive managing director for the region, says Lee Arnold, chairman and CEO for Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida. Kratz formerly was executive managing director of brokerage, marketing and operations, while Scott was executive vice president of property management.
The two worked with Arnold to drive revenue growth by 21% at the company over the past two years, despite a challenging real estate environment, Arnold says in the release.
The commercial real estate firm covers an area from Tampa Bay south to Fort Myers and east to Orlando. Since January 2011, the company has added 21 employees, including 11 brokers and six marketing specialists.
Kratz, who earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, joined Colliers in 2010 from NorthMarq, where he was an assistant vice president. He will be responsible for strategic and day-to-day operations, working closely with Scott. Scott, who is responsible for more than 8 million square feet of property under management, joined Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield in January 2012.
