TAMPA — Crescent Resources is set to break ground this afternoon for its $68 million multifamily project on Bayshore Boulevard near historic Hyde Park. Mayor Bob Buckhorn is scheduled to join Brian Natwick, president of Crescent Resources' multifamily division at the 3 p.m. event, according to a release.

Formerly called Circle Bayshore, the project's name has just been changed to Crescent Bayshore. The apartments, located at 319 Bayshore Boulevard, are scheduled for completion in spring 2014.

The 367 units vary in size from studios to three bedrooms. Residents' amenities will include a two-story health club and fitness center, a resort-style pool, a business center and clubroom.

Moss & Associates of Fort Lauderdale is the general contractor. The company president, Scott Moss, is scheduled to attend the groundbreaking.
