PLANS, DESCRIPTION: An investor group led by gastroenterologist Dr. Arun Khazanchi purchased the 7,600-square-foot Manatee Association of Realtors building for $975,000.
The price equated to $128 per square foot.
Debbie Anglin of Ian Black Real Estate and Diane Lee and Cyndi Myers of Wagner Realty handled the transaction.
“It was purchased as an investment and the association will stay on through November,” Anglin says. The buyers declined to comment further on the acquisition.
The purchase entity Gut Hut LLC mortgaged the property to SunTrust Bank for $834,624.
