BUYER: Nathan Lee Head of Pasco LLC (Nathan Head, Morgantown, W.V.)

SELLER: Freedom Properties Inc.

PROPERTY: 2119 and 2127 Grand Blvd., Holiday

PRICE: $1.06 million

TITLE FIRM ON DEED: Fidelity National Title of Florida Inc. South Pasadena

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A company, led by Nathan Head of Heads Up Construction Inc. in Vernon, purchased the 22,814-square-foot former Rasmussen College campus for $1.06 million.

The price equated to $46 per square foot.

The 20,854-square-foot main building includes a 6,000-square-foot second floor with an undeveloped interior. The property also features a 1,960-square-foot annex building.

The 4.77-acre site sat vacant for nearly two years.

Commercial Asset Partners Realty broker/owner Heidi Tuttle-Beisner represented the seller, Freedom Properties Inc. and Steven Silverman of Tampa Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

“This property met the square-footage and parking requirements the buyer was looking for,” Tuttle-Beisner says in a press release. “He also wanted a freestanding building, so between those three criteria, this property was a good fit for his needs.”

The Florida Department of Revenue and Florida Child Support Enforcement are expected to move into the space as tenants late next year, upon completion of the build-out.
