FORT MYERS — Lee Physician Group, a practice of more than 200 medical providers in the Fort Myers area, has named Kristine Fay as chief administrative officer.
Fay will oversee the operations of the group, which is the physician practice of Lee Memorial Health System. Prior to joining Lee Physician Group, Fay was the chief operating officer of Bon Secours Medical Group in Richmond, Va.
“Kristine's extensive experience in developing collaborative and productive physician relationships makes her a valuable addition to our team and well suited to carry forward Lee Physician Group's mission of providing excellent patient care and services to our community,” says Scott Nygaard, chief medical officer of physician services and network development for Lee Memorial Health System, in a statement.
Fay, who has more than 20 years of experience in health care administration, earned a master's degree in health administration and a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H.
