PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A company led by Anthony Soletti of Tampa purchased The Links at Greenfield Plantation for $850,000.

The new ownership plans to install a new kitchen and TVs in the restaurant, pro shop and porch areas. A new fleet of golf carts and maintenance equipment has also been ordered, according to Andrew Dlugos, general manger of the course.

“It's a very competitive market, but the value factor here is tremendously high,” he says. “We are very affordable priced and offer a great value for customers to play on a really nice golf course at extremely competitive rates.”

Soletti, president of Hyde Park Insurance, did not return calls for comment prior to deadline.
