SARASOTA — Local real estate agent Peter Crowley, with Re/Max Alliance Group, has formed a residential property management firm.
The firm, Alliance Group Property Management, will work out of Charlotte, Manatee and Sarasota counties, according to a release. It hired four property managers: Stevie Krumm, who will handle Sarasota; Chris Moon, for Sarasota and south Sarasota; Bill Davis, in east Manatee County; and Michael Giordano, who will be based in Anna Maria and west Bradenton.
Crowley is president and co-owner of the firm, which will manage rental units in all price ranges, including single-family homes, condos, villas, townhomes and investment properties. “Despite the recent challenges experienced by the housing industry,” says Crowley in a release, “the rental market in the Southwest Florida area has never been stronger.”
