TAMPA — IC Intracom, a consumer electronics company based in Tampa, has hired Betsy Bennett as its new chief financial officer. The move is part of the company's global leadership executive plan, it says in a release.
Bennett comes to IC Intracom from a consulting business she founded in 2002, Bennett Consulting Services. She specialized in part-time CFO services, Sarbanes-Oxley corporate governance, profitability analysis and strategic planning. Prior to that, she was CFO of PSCU in St. Petersburg, during a time when the organization grew from $50 million to $325 million in revenues. She has also worked with Ernst & Young in Tampa.
As CFO of IC Intracom, Bennett will oversee the financials of the parent company and its Manhattan and Intellinet Network Solutions product brands. The company, which makes products related to computer networking and mobile computing accessories, has international offices in Germany, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Italy, Poland, Taiwan and China.
