TAMPA — ConnectWise Inc., an IT software vendor, has leased 35,000 square feet at Fountain Square II in the Westshore area of Tampa. The location is near ConnectWise's national headquarters at Independence Parkway and Veterans Expressway.
ConnectWise will occupy the entire fourth floor of the 134,000-square-foot Class A office building, which is now more than 97% leased, a release says. Jimmy Garvey and Joe Taggart of CLW brokered the deal.
ConnectWise was listed No. 2680 on the Inc. 5000, a ranking of the fastest-growing companies. According to Inc. Magazine, ConnectWise, founded in 1982, had three-year revenue growth of 88%, with $39 million in 2011 revenues. The company added 108 employees during that time, the magazine's website says.
In July, ConnectWise opened a new location to house its corporate headquarters, subsidiary LabTech Software, and software development firm Quosal Inc.
