TAMPA - Three Tampa marketing companies, Visual Alliance Media, Moonstruck Marketing Group and Good Dog/Bad Dog Creative Design are merging to create Exakt Marketing, according to a news release.
Visual Alliance Media is an interactive marketing agency that specializes in social media marketing; Moonstruck Marketing Group is a full-service design studio and Good Dog/Bad Dog Creative Design is a creative design agency.
“This merger allows us to leverage all that we've built individually in new and exciting ways, and to now offer clients a complete suite of marketing services,” says Derek Lee, CEO and partner of Exakt Marketing, in the release.
The new company expects to add up to seven marketing professionals over the next two years.
Exakt will work with clients in multiple industries but will specialize in restaurant and hospitality, health and wellness, and meeting and conference planning.
