Officials with the Wellness Plaza at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel held a groundbreaking ceremony April 25 for their new facility on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. The three-story, 100,000-square-foot building will include space for physician offices, a health and wellness center, a woman's center and other clinical services. Skokie, Ill.-based Alter+Care is the developer behind the project.
