BUYER: EAM Real Estate Holdings LLC (principal: Angela Burun), Naples

SELLER: Quality Properties Asset Management Co.

PROPERTY: 4405 Enterprise Ave., Naples

PRICE: $795,000

PREVIOUS PRICE: $166,900, February 1999

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Stoneburner Berry Glocker Purcell & Greenhut PA, Jacksonville

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Edward and Angela Burun of Angela's Marble & Tile Co. purchased the 15,360-square-foot former Contractor's Supply flex building for $795,000.

The price equated to $52 per square foot.

The 11-year-old steel building includes a reception area, conference room, four offices with a restroom and a warehouse with two additional restrooms. It also features three-phase power and a fenced yard.

The buyer already owns a 14,478-square-foot manufacturing building that houses its retail and wholesale business next door at 4375 Enterprise Ave.

William Gonnering of Investment Properties Corp. represented the seller.

“The property was in really good condition,” Gonnering says. “By buying the building next door it meant they didn't need to move the showroom.”

Officials with Angela's Marble & Tile did not reply to requests for comment prior to deadline.

The purchase entity AM Real Estate Holdings LLC mortgaged the property to Wells Fargo Bank NA for $800,000.
