LAKEWOOD RANCH — First Watch, the breakfast-brunch-lunch chain, plans to open a new restaurant in Mequon, Wis., its second restaurant in the state.
First Watch franchisee VMB Sunrise Hospitality Inc., a company led by Michael Busalacchi and his son Vincent Busalacchi, will operate the restaurant. The location is scheduled to open this summer.
VMB Sunrise Hospitality previously agreed to open five First Watch locations the in the Milwaukee market over the next three to five years. “Milwaukee has proven to be a great market for First Watch, and we are excited that Mike and Vinnie are opening their second restaurant in such a vibrant community like Mequon,” First Watch Chief Marketing Officer Chris Tomasso said in a press release.
The new restaurant will feature First Watch's interior design concept called Connect.
