PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Sarasota-based boat maker Yellowfin Yachts purchased a 31,500-square-foot former Premier Performance Interiors warehouse for $800,000. The price equated to $25 per square foot.
The boat maker plans to use the 3-year-old building as an addition to its existing six-building 19th Street East campus. Yellowfin Yachts also owns a building across from the recently purchased warehouse in Pines II Industrial Park.
The company plans to occupy the building in south Manatee County over the next month or so.
