It takes a little magic to raise more than $12 million over three days.
That's the amount of money the organizers of the Naples Winter Wine Festival raised in January to help children's charities in Collier County.
To generate excitement, the Naples Children & Education Foundation, the festival's founding organization, hired local graphic designer Sherri Morrison to produce its promotional materials for the 2012 festival.
Now, Morrison earned a little coin herself. The collateral materials Morrison produced, called “Believe in the Magic 2012,” earned her a silver award for the special event campaign category from the American Advertising Federation's National Addy awards.
Morrison won a Gold Addy at the regional Suncoast chapter competition in February for the same campaign.
