PLANS, DESCRIPTION: An Englewood-based investment group purchased a 6,196-square-foot retail building for $1.79 million. The price equated to $289 per square foot.

The building has housed a Tire Kingdom franchise operated by TK Bonita LLC since 2003.

“We bought it because we own another Tire Kingdom [building] in North Carolina,” says William Lyons, managing member of the group. “We were a landlord for that as well. They're a great business.”

The change in ownership will have no affect on the Tire Kingdom, which is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the building through a triple net lease.

The purchase entity NH Industrial Inc. mortgaged the property to Standard Insurance Co. for $1.1 million.
