TAMPA — Femfessionals, a national women's organization, is coming to Tampa Bay.
The group is a community designed to foster up-and-coming female business leaders though connections, educational and social events, and an active online forum, according to a news release.
“Femfessionals is the cure for the common networking group,” Noelle Anderson, APR, president of Femfessionals in Tampa and owner of True Blue Communications, says in a release. “Femfessionals is so much more than simply exchanging business cards. It's about bringing together like-minded women who truly want to help each other in business and better their community.”
Femfessionals has nearly 40 chapters nationwide and will host its first Connection Event at Seasons 52 Aug. 15 in Tampa.
Heather Kenyon, CEO of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, will speak at the event. She will discuss her experience as a business leader and give professional advice.
