TAMPA — Quality Distribution, which operates the largest chemical bulk tank truck network in the country, has named John Wilson the firm's senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Wilson replaces Jonathan Gold, who is leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities, according to a release. Wilson, who was previously general counsel at Madison, Wis.-based consumer products firm Spectrum Brand Holdings, has more than a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, the release further states. “His strong background will serve us well as we continue to grow our business,” Quality Distribution CEO Gary Enzor says in the statement.
Quality Distribution is publicly traded (symbol: QLTY). The company's shares were trading at $10.83 per share Friday morning.
