$1.25M land sale in Pinellas

ISLAND ESTATES -- Bill Eshenbaugh and Ryan Sampson brokered the sale of a .98-acre parcel at 125 Island Way in Island Estates for $1.25 million.

The Pinellas County parcel is approved for 27 multifamily units, Eshenbaugh said in a release announcing the sale.

Neither the seller nor the buyer were disclosed in Eshenbaugh's announcement of the sale.

The development is said to be part of a project called TalaVera at Island Estates. A year ago, Eshenbaugh Land Co. brokered the sale of 543.25 acres in Spring Hill for $2.28 million, in association with another residential development called TalaVera. In that deal, New York City-based Tideridge Holdings Acquisitions LLC bought the land from CRM Florida Properties LLC.
