BUYER: Naples Private Financial Group LLC (principal: Bonnie Inman), Naples

SELLER: Platinum Coast Financial Corp.
PROPERTY: 2840 Ninth St. N., Naples
PRICE: $1.44 million

SELLER: Pamela Pass, individually and as successor trustee to Trust Number 10
PROPERTY: 2900 Ninth St. N., Naples
PRICE: $234,500
PREVIOUS PRICE: $275,000, July 1994

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi LLP, Naples

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Naples Private Financial Group LLC, an investment group managed by Bonnie Inman, purchased the former Robb & Stucky Patio Store and a second building on Tamiami Trail for $1.68 million.

The price equated to $114 per square foot.

The 1.48-acre property houses a 12,000-square-foot building, a 2,681-square-foot building, and a shared parking lot. Both were vacant at the time of the sale.
Inman was not able to be reached for comment prior to publication.

Patrick Fraley and David Stevens of Investment Properties Corp. handled the transaction.
