TAMPA — Tampa-based commercial refrigeration manufacturer Excellence Industries is expanding with a 55,000-square-foot warehouse facility in the Cleveland, Ohio suburb of Brook Park.
The Cleveland facility increases the company's total warehousing capacity to more than 200,000 square feet nationally. In addition to Cleveland, Excellence Industries also operates facilities in Florida, Tennessee and Nevada.
The Cleveland facility was selected because of its central location between the Midwest and Northeast.
“The new facility allows us to provide substantial freight savings to our national customers and drastically reduce lead time for deliveries to the Northeast and Midwest,” Dell Dahl, Excellence Industries president, says in a press release. “It's a huge advantage for us to ship from four different facilities strategically spread across the country. It also optimizes our inbound containers being shipped from around the globe.”
Excellence Industries produces coolers and freezers for commercial display and storage.
