LONGBOAT KEY — The Coldwell Banker residential real estate office on Longboat Key surpassed a major milestone in 2011: It had the second-highest sales volume, $298 million, for any Coldwell Banker residential office in the country with 36-50 associates.

Only the Coldwell Banker office in San Francisco had a higher sales volume in 2011. Moreover, the $298 million in total sales at the Longboat Key office was an increase of 28% over 2010. Closed transactions were up too, from 343 in 2010 to 435 last year.

Bob Stanley, managing broker of the Longboat Key office, credits proper pricing for the sales increase. It's a mantra many Gulf Coast agents strive for. “Our major focus in 2011 was working with our sellers to properly position their properties for sale,” Stanley said in a release. “We are fortunate to have a great marketplace and an experienced team of agents that know how to drive business in a challenging economic environment.”

Individual agents at the Coldwell Banker Longboat Key office are some of the top sellers in the region. The list includes Judy Kepecz-Hays, Roger Pettingell, Barbara Ackerman, Lynne Koy, Bruce Myer, Patrick DiPinto and Louis Wery.
