NAPLES — Arthrex Inc. bought a 297,350-square-foot warehouse in Naples for $12.5 million. The site was once used as a distribution center for the now-bankrupt furniture retailer Robb & Stucky.

The Ryan Companies, a Minneapolis-based group, sold the building to Arthrex. Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner, brokers with Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, represented the seller in the deal.

Last month, Arthrex announced it would build a new facility on Oil Well Road in eastern Collier County and buy a warehouse near Daniels Parkway in Lee County, spending $35 million on the effort. Reinhold Schmieding is the firm's founder and CEO.
