PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Missouri church Faith Life Church purchased a 11.76-acre custom estate home in the Sarasota Polo Club for $2.2 million. Built in 2007, the equestrian property features a 6,000-square-foot, five-bedroom main home and garage, a separate four-bedroom guesthouse and a 15-stall horse stable.
The mega church and religious broadcaster Faith Life Church purchased the 82,010-square-foot Teleflex building in October for $4 million.
Faith Life Church assumed a $1.95 million mortgage on the home provided by Banif Finance(USA) Corp.
