FORT MYERS — Fox Electronics added a new sales location in California's Silicon Valley this week. Peter Sedlak, a former regional manager for Precision Devices Inc., will lead the new location's growth efforts.
Fort Myers-based Fox builds oscillation controllers for microprocessors. The company's revenues grew nearly 9% in 2010, to $25 million. The 60-employee firm was featured in an August issue of the Gulf Coast Business Review (see “The Heartbeat of Technology,” Aug. 11).
President E.L. Fox says 2011 has been a “remarkable” year for his company in terms of growth. Earlier, the firm shipped its 18 millionth XpressO oscillator, a patented device.
