TAMPA — Fowler White Boggs agreed to acquire Atkinson, Diner, Stone, Mankuta, & Ploucha PA, a Fort Lauderdale-based practice. All 12 Atkinson Diner lawyers will join Fowler White, increasing the Tampa based firm's Fort Lauderdale presence to include 30 lawyers.
The deal increases Fowler White's total staff to include 142 lawyers, based in five Florida offices, including locations in Fort Myers, Jacksonville and Tallahassee, the company says in a statement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Rhea Law is CEO and chairwoman of Fowler White. She was named to the Business Review's inaugural Power 50 in 2010.
