The 11-year-old prefabricated metal warehouse building features 2,400 square feet of office space. The property also includes space to construct an 8,000-square-foot addition to the existing building.
TWC Services, a national HVAC contractor, did not reply to a request for comment.
The company, which has five offices in Florida, already has a Tampa location at 5553 W. Waters Ave., Suite 311.
