Tampa-based DeBartolo Development LLC has acquired two Publix-anchored shopping centers - Mt. View Marketplace and Harpeth Village - in the greater Nashville, Tenn., area.
Completed in 2009, Mt. View Marketplace is a 101,000-square-foot shopping center with three available outparcels for sale or ground lease.
The 4-year-old Harpeth Village is a nearly 100%-leased, 68,000-square-foot center in Bellevue, Tenn.
Both properties are located in established subdivisions and include national and regional tenants.
