Brandon's Chadwell Supply buys Westshore Glass building

SELLER: Eagle FL I SPE LLC

PROPERTY: 4907 Joanne Kearney Blvd., Tampa

PRICE: $5.2 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.74 million, August 2006

LAW FIRM ON DEED: The Rosenthal Law Firm PA, Orlando

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Brandon-based Chadwell Supply Inc. purchased 167,316-square-foot former Westshore Glass warehouse building on Joanne Kearney Boulevard for $5.2 million.

The price equated to $31 per square foot.

The family-owned Chadwell Supply provides maintenance supplies and flooring services largely to apartment communities. The new warehouse is four times the size of Chadwell's previous facility, a 40,000-square-foot building on Adamo Drive. The Joanne Kearney Boulevard building was built in 2008.

Mark McKell of Colliers International Tampa Bay represented the buyer and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, BB&T.

Chadwell Supply mortgaged the property to Bank of America for two loans totaling $5.18 million.
