Apartments sell for $13.1M

ST. PETERSBURG — The Crosswind Apartment Homes, a 208-unit, 153,984-square-foot apartment property in St. Petersburg, sold for $13.1 million. Chicago-based Equity Residential sold it to Covenant Capital Group LLC, a Nashville firm.

Hendricks & Partners, an Orlando-based firm, brokered the sale.

Built in 1986, the property's current amenities include a clubhouse, a swimming pool, spa area, racquetball and tennis courts, and a fenced-in pet-play area, a release explained. The property is located at 500 110th Ave. N.
