Pauline Bennett and Bob Huff joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate of Florida in Sarasota as managing brokers.
Bennett, who will oversee the Sarasota downtown office, began her real estate career in 2001 as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker in Connecticut. She was appointed managing broker of the company's Chesire, Conn., office in 2009.
Huff, with 10 years experience in the Sarasota/Bradenton market, takes over the company's St. Armands office. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, he was an associate for Michael Saunders & Co. on Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key.
