Medical group buys Naples office building

BUYER: 2600 Immokalee LLC (principal: V. Chen), Coral Gables


SELLER: Robert Hold of Hold-Thyssen LLC as receiver


PROPERTY: 2600 Immokalee Road, Naples


PRICE: $2 million


LAW FIRM ON DEED: Roetzel & Andress, Orlando


PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A limited liability company managed by Coral Gables attorney Vincent Chen purchased a 12,717-square-foot office building for $2 million.


The buyer is a medical group that plans to occupy and operate from the five-year-old building. John R. Wood Realty currently leases a portion of the building, which sits on a 1.64-acre parcel.


David Stevens of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer. Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner of Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, a Cushman and Wakefield alliance member, represented the seller, Midloan Services Inc.


“The location was something they wanted, near North Naples Hospital,” Tasman says. “It's in a high-traffic area, and its professional look also made it particularly appealing.”
