The restaurant relocated to the building roughly two years ago and has been leasing ever since.
“We felt we got a pretty good deal,” says Agin Kanacevic, restaurant manager. “Our lease had expired, and we had an option to buy.”
The Italian restaurant also recently extended its service to seven days a week.
The purchase entity La Stanza Restaurant & Lounge Inc. mortgaged the property to the former owners, Vondel & Co. and Calvin Erb, for $595,000.
