TAMPA -- Franklin Street signed each of a trio of clients to new lease agreements in August, highlighting a set of growing companies that are having an impact on the Gulf Coast economy through expansion. The agreements are as follows:
• Best Buy Mobile signed a five-year lease for 2,500 square feet of space at Carrollwood Commons, at 15028 N. Dale Mabry Hwy.;
• Scrubs N Stuff leased 3,484 square feet of space at Carrollwood Commons for five years; and
• BGR - The Burger Joint signed a ten-year lease for 1,489 square feet of space at Mission Bell Shopping Center, at 12813 N. Dale Mabry.
For Best Buy Mobile, the new lease represents the company's first office location in the Tampa Bay area. Scrubs N Stuff's Carrollwood store will be the company's second regional location (its other store is in St. Petersburg), and BGR's new location is its first in Tampa Bay, as well as its 11th restaurant location across the country.
