The price equated to $711,207 per acre.
Construction has already started to develop a 6,095-square-foot Kauffman Tire store on the site.
“Florida is more attractive to us than ever before,” says John Weaver, director of design and construction for Kauffman Tire, “and that market is particularly hot.”
Kauffman Tire currently operates about 54 retail stores, including a number near Atlanta. Each store employs 10 to 15 people.
