BUYER: C&N Realty LLC, St. Petersburg

SELLER: Lindab Inc.

PROPERTY: 2650 Gandy Blvd., Pinellas Park

PRICE: $1.73 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.8 million, September 1998

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Wilcox & Savage PC, Virginia Beach, Vir.

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: St. Petersburg-based C&N Realty LLC purchased the 58,820-square-foot former Lindab building for $1.73 million.

The price equated to $29 per square foot.

The new facility is planned as an expansion for the distribution company. Constructed in 1981, the industrial building occupies a 4.1-acre fenced site.

John Dunphy and Scott Altieri of Colliers International Tampa Bay represented the seller and Bruce Vaughan of Grubb and Ellis Co. in Tampa represented the buyer.

“This was purchased to give them better distribution capabilities,” Vaughan says. “Staging is an issue at their existing facility. They have a limited number of doors. This facility should allow them to load a number of trailers simultaneously.”
