TD Bank named new leaders for its Florida operations, making Kevin Gillen the bank's new regional president for the state. Brian Ziemba and Ellen Elia will lead TD Bank's Central Florida operations, which includes the Gulf Coast.
Ziemba has worked at TD Bank since 2005, and over the course of his career has amassed 25 years of banking experience. Elia has 20 years of banking experience, and has been with TD Bank since 1998.
TD Bank has eight offices in Hillsborough County, three in Pasco, and six in Pinellas, according to the FDIC.
With headquarters in both New Jersey and Maine, TD Bank is a subsidiary of The Toronto-Dominion Bank, which is based in Canada. The holding company is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol: TD), and posted a $5.1 billion net income in 2010.
