BUYER: Publix Super Markets Inc. (principals: William Crenshaw, John Attaway Jr., David Phillips, Randall Jones, John Frazier and Dave Duncan), Lakeland


SELLER: NAP Chin Road LLC


PROPERTY: 11235 and 11245 U.S 301 N., Parrish


PRICE: $11.25 million


LAW FIRM ON DEED: Graydon Head & Richey LLP, Cincinnati


PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Lakeland-based Publix Super Markets purchased the 59,950-square-foot Shops at Silverleaf retail strip center for $11.25 million. The price equated to $188 per square foot.


Built in 2007, the center is anchored by a 45,600-square-foot Publix. The center, on U.S. 301 near the Ellenton Prime Outlets, also houses Michalangelo's Pizza, LA Nails, Freestyle Dance Studio, Fantastic Sams, Purity Cleaners and Sunny Wok.


The center was fully leased at the time of the sale.
