PRICE: $1.5 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.36 million, August 2007

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Naples-based Collier Enterprises Management Inc. purchased the 10,000-square-foot PK Studios building for $1.5 million. The price equated to $150 per square foot.

Collier Enterprises, a development/real estate investment company, has leased office space since it sold its building at 3003 Tamiami Trail N. several years ago.

Now the firm plans to use the acquired building, a two-year-old, two-story complex, as its headquarters. It's scheduled to move in the first quarter.

Collier Enterprises is the developer of Collier's Reserve, The Old Collier Golf Club and Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club.
