A Florida Chamber of Commerce poll says Rick Scott leads the race for Florida's governorship, and that Marco Rubio has the advantage in the state's U.S. Senate race.
Scott has a four percentage point lead over Democratic candidate Alex Sink, the poll suggests, scoring 46% of the vote against Sink's 42%. Rubio's lead is larger, with 40% of the vote against Independent candidate Charlie Crist's 33%, while Democrat Kendrick Meek takes a 16% piece.
In the races for cabinet positions, Pam Bondi, Jeff Atwater, and Adam Putnam are favored for attorney general, chief financial officer, and agriculture commissioner, respectively.
To produce its estimates, the Florida Chamber polled 800 likely voters in Florida at the end of September. The poll has a margin of error of 3.46 percentage points.
