PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Cyprexx Services LLC purchased two office buildings for $3.1 million. The price equated to $76 per square foot.


Brandon-based Cyprexx, which provides cleanup and rehab real estate services to banks, needs the space to meet its recent growth spurt.


“We purchased this for expansion purposes and to move out of some of our leased space,” says Brett Ory, president of Cyprexx Services. “We will be replacing about 14,000 square feet of leased space. This is a combination of running out of space and planning for future growth.”


The two-story, 40,668-square-foot Sabal Industrial Park buildings were renovated in 2006 and 2007. Ory hopes to start additional renovation on the properties in the next few weeks for a move-in around the end of the year.
