The price equated to $121 per square foot. The building is on Bernwood Drive, near Old 41 Road.
Allen Richardson, the president/broker of Associates Real Estate Services Inc., handled the transaction. Ritchie bought the building through 25340 Bernwood LLC.
The warehouse will be a storage location for Ritchie's boats, cars, antiques and collectables. The property wasn't distressed, says Richardson.
Built in 2004, the gated single-story warehouse occupies 1.06 acres.
