James Horsman, a 28-year veteran of the hospitality industry, is the new managing director at the Intercontinental Tampa hotel. Horsman will oversee all operations in his new position.
Horsman has experience as a managing director, having served in that capacity for the Stowe Mountain Lodge in Vermont prior to his most recent hire. Prior to his work at Stowe, he worked as general manager for Boston's Nine Zero hotel. A Vermont native, Horsman now resides in Tampa with his family.
