London Bay Homes, a Naples-based luxury homebuilding company, purchased 86 home sites at The Founders Club on Fruitville Road in Sarasota, the last of 262 sites available within the 700-acre development.
Price and purchase terms were not disclosed.
This most recent transaction marks the second major purchase for London Bay, which in December 2009 acquired Mediterra, a master planned community based in Naples.
London Bay President Mark Wilson says his company will redesign the community's sales center, as well as develop new model homes, to market the newly acquired community.
