PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A Bonita Springs-based limited liability company led by Daniel Thompson purchased a 15,258-square-foot office building on Colonial Boulevard west of Interstate 75 for $3.1 million.
The purchase price equated to $203 per square foot of building space.
The new owner is described as a medical user, and it has already started renovating and adding additions to the office building.
Janie Hooker of Land Solutions represented the seller, Randy Thibaut and Ron Inge's GT 40 LLC. Karen Johnson-Crowther of Colliers Arnold represented the buyer.
The brokerage Land Solutions, which previously occupied a portion of the building, has since relocated to 10471 Ben C. Pratt / Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Unit 402 in Fort Myers.
4571 Building LLC mortgaged the property to Comerica Bank for $5.22 million.
