LWR Communities sees sharp improvement
LWR Communities reports there are only 206 homes listed for sale in Lakewood Ranch down from 805 home on the market in February of 2007.
“With such a dramatic decrease in inventory, we are now seeing a surge of new home to-be-built sales in Lakewood Ranch; a surge that really began in the fourth quarter of 2009,” LWR Communities president Milt Flinn, said in a press release. “In December of 2009 alone, we closed on 21 home sites — homes to be built in 2010. In addition, Lakewood Ranch builders purchased nine sites for inventory homes and models to be built in 2010 — all great signs that the real estate recovery is beginning here.”
