Tervis Tumbler Co. responded to five years of sustained growth by rearranging its executive team. Barry Wolfson takes over as the company's new president and CEO, while former CEO Laura Spencer assumes the role of chief financial officer.

Additionally, Wayne Varnadore was named the company's new chief operating officer, a release said.

Chairman Norbert Donnelly said the change would give the company “the leadership talent [it] needs” to continue growing, while allowing Spencer to “focus on what she has done so well these past few years, maintaining the company's financial strength to continue its remarkable growth.”

New CEO Wolfson worked with Tervis as a consultant for the past six years. He also has previous leadership experience, having served as president and CEO of Flexible Products Co., a $100 million-a-year manufacturer based in Georgia.

Headquartered in Venice, Tervis Tumbler Co. manufactures insulated drinkware, and sells its products in all 50 states across the U.S. The company expects to exceed $75 million in revenues this year.
