LAW FIRM ON DEED: Stoneburner Berry Glocker Purcell & Greenhut PA, Jacksonville

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A California-based national landscaping company purchased a 16,200-square-foot warehouse in the Centre Park Industrial Subdivision for $1.45 million. The price equated to $90 per square foot.

Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button Inc. handled the transaction. The buyer, Sarasota 21 LLC, is an affiliate of Calabasas, Calif.-based ValleyCrest Landscaping Cos.

“ValleyCrest is consolidating a couple different facilities into this one,” Button says. “What's different about that warehouse is really all the extras. The storage space has partitioning walls separating it into smaller areas with their own offices.”

The building features a total of 4,050 square feet of office space.

ValleyCrest Landscaping is the largest integrated landscape services company in the United States. It has annual revenue of nearly $1 billion, 10,000 employees and more than 100 locations nationwide.
