Through its Central Florida Division, Lennar Corp. announced that Jeffery Morin was named the company's new vice president of sales for the Tampa Bay region.
Morin will lead the homebuilder's sales efforts in Pasco County, as well as parts of Hillsborough County, a release said. Morin has six years of experience in home sales, and has worked previously for Kimball Hill Homes.
Miami-based Lennar Corp. earned $39.7 million in the second quarter of 2010, a stark turnaround from the $125.2 million loss posted in the same quarter last year.
