The 14-year-old building came along as part of Masters' purchase of DocuSource, a digital printing and copying business. Masters previously owned Signs Now in Largo. Masters Commercial Holdings LLC mortgaged the building to the former owner, Winter Holdings LLC, for $304,000 and to HomeBanc NA for $1.79 million.
